Why the Constitution Had to Be Destroyed

This is the third lecture of the  Mises Circle in Houston to discuss the future of liberty under expanding government.

Thomas DiLorenzo speaks at the Mises Circle in Houston (on 14 January 2012) about why the Constitution has suffered a sustained process of destruction since Alexander Hamilton.

It seems that almost everybody forgot what Thomas Jefferson said:

“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so they will not become the legalized version of the first.”
