    You know that Hong Kong was under a capitalist regime in 1950, and a communist one in 2010, right?

      Well, technically it is under a communist government since 1997. But in reality it is not. Like Macau. Hong Kong is still capitalist. And one of the most important financial centers. But I would appreciate if you can be more specific about your statement. :-)
